Sound familiar?

Proving what you did shouldn’t be hard

  • Photos of the work end up on personal phones and in WhatsApp groups.
  • When a question comes in about a finished job, someone has to dig for them.
  • The person who did the work may have moved on.
  • Without the evidence, it’s your word against someone else’s.

CallOff keeps the evidence with the job it belongs to.

Three simple steps

1. Record.

On site, your team records each job on their phone: the plot, a short description of the work, and the photos it asks for. Records save on the phone first, so a weak or missing signal doesn’t lose any work. They upload as soon as CallOff is open with a connection.

2. Find.

In the office, every job your company has recorded is in one place, organised by developer, site and plot. Search for a site or a plot, and the record is there, with its photos and who recorded it.

3. Prove.

When a question comes in, the record is already there: the photos, the details and who recorded it. If a defect is reported, CallOff’s optional Customer Care turns that evidence into a professional PDF report.

Built for the people doing the work

CallOff is designed to be simple enough to use without training. Operatives open the app, choose the plot and record what they did.

Every job, kept and easy to find

Records are organised the way your work is: by developer, then site, then plot. Each record keeps its photos, its details and the name of the person who recorded it, so the evidence stays with your company even when people move on.

When a defect is reported, answer it with evidence

Customer Care is an optional part of CallOff for handling defects reported after a job is finished. Record the current condition with photos, bring in the evidence from when the work was originally done, and set out your findings and conclusion in a professional PDF Investigation Report. When any remedial work is complete, issue a Remedial Completion Report. Reports are fixed once issued, so everyone sees the same version.

Mark up what you found.

Draw arrows and circles on your investigation photos to highlight areas of concern. The original photo is always kept, unchanged.

A sample Investigation Report. A homeowner reports dead turf. The current photos show the problem; the original work record shows the ground prepared, the turf laid and watered in on completion. The report sets out the findings and a clear conclusion.

Questions

Why can’t I buy it yet?

CallOff is in the final stages of development. Register your interest and we’ll let you know as soon as it’s available.

How is CallOff different from photos on a phone or WhatsApp?

Photos on a phone or in a group chat aren’t filed against the job, and they leave when people leave. CallOff keeps every photo with its job, organised by developer, site and plot, with who recorded it and when, so your company can find it whenever someone asks.

The developer already has their own system. Why would we need CallOff?

Their system is their record. CallOff is yours: one place for your company’s work, whichever developer you work for. Investigation Reports and Remedial Completion Reports are PDFs, so you can send or upload them wherever you need to.

Will my operatives use it?

Choose the plot, add a few words, take the photos. That’s it.

What if there’s no signal?

Records save on the phone first, so a weak or missing signal doesn’t lose any work. They upload as soon as CallOff is open with a connection.
