A CallOff report is a record produced by the company named on it, using CallOff. It sets out what was done or found, with photos and the details recorded at the time.
What you’ll find in it:
- the property and plot it relates to;
- the report reference, shown at the top and on every page;
- the photos, each numbered and captioned;
- the findings and, where relevant, a conclusion.
Reports are fixed once issued, so the version you received won’t change.
