How we use your information
We use your details to respond to your enquiry and contact you with relevant CallOff updates, including availability and launch information. We don’t sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing. You can ask us to stop sending updates at any time by emailing hello@sitecalloff.co.uk.
We keep your details only for as long as reasonably needed to manage your enquiry and relevant follow-up. You can ask us to delete your details or stop contacting you about CallOff.
Website analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand website usage and measure successful enquiries. It uses analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_YTD3BWY673) to recognise visits for up to 90 days. Google receives technical usage information, such as the pages viewed, device and browser information, and a successful-enquiry event. We do not send names, email addresses, company names, messages or other form values to Google.
Analytics stays off until you select Accept analytics. You can reject it or withdraw your consent at any time using Analytics preferences. We remember your choice on this device for 90 days. Rejecting analytics does not affect the website or enquiry form. We do not use advertising features, remarketing or Google Signals.
Google processes analytics information on our behalf and may process it outside the UK. Read Google’s Privacy Policy for more information. For questions about your personal information, contact hello@sitecalloff.co.uk.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides website hosting and enquiry delivery infrastructure. Microsoft 365 handles emails sent to our mailbox. Google provides consented website analytics. These providers may process information outside the UK under their applicable data-protection arrangements. See Google’s Privacy Policy for more about its processing.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your information, and may have rights to restrict processing, object or obtain a portable copy. You can withdraw analytics consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact hello@sitecalloff.co.uk to exercise your rights or raise a privacy question.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
